Typical job responsibilities include but not restricted to:
Ayana is looking to hire Contract Administrator at renewable energy platform based out of Bangalore.
1.) Keeps track of all contractual deliverables and notifies/ issues correspondences and maintain records.
2.) Writes and presents contractual claims analysis with Commercial and Technical inputs.
3.) Regular member / part of the meetings (monthly or weekly) with the Contractor to follow the themes of the projects and solves problems of variances/deviations in the Contract together with the Operations team.
4.) Answers contractual correspondence and ensures follow-up letters sent and received from the Contractors.
5.) Reviews the progress and status of milestone payments.
6.) Travelling to various project sites to have first-hand experience of the operational issues.
Desired experience and expertise:
B. Tech / M. Tech – Electrical / Civil / Mechanical and PG from NICMAR with 3 - 5 years exp.
Excellent academic track record and technical acumen
