Creating CV data base

Job Posting on LinkedIn and Naukri

On-boarding, planning Induction and execution

Co-ordination & managing BGV

Support Head HR in Manpower Planning & HR Budget finalisation

Handling Employee Insurance – GMC, GPA & GTL

Handling Annual employee Health Check ups

Handling Training & Development

Employee Engagements

Desired experience and expertise:

At least 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Insurance, Employee Engagement & Training & Development from Manufacturing / Power / Renewable Sector

MBA in Human Resources

Excellent academic track record and technical acumen

You will also be expected to have:

Good Communication – both verbal and written

High on Interpersonal skills & agility

"Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, start-up attitude

The ability to work across teams and functions effectively
