Typical job responsibilities include but not restricted to:
Preparation of Companies financials as per requirement of Indian accounting standards
Indirect tax & direct tax statutory liability payment & returns
Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Quarterly /Half Yearly/ Annual Financial records
Designing and ensuring operation of internal control systems
Ensure timely closure of all monthly activities.
Handling General Accounting operations.
Account Receivable & Payable Management.
Consolidation of Budget received from different departments. Comparison of Budgeted Vs. Actual numbers.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Lead, manage and develop financial activities to deliver high quality accounting services and achieve business goals
Manage day to day finance operations and ensure that all critical reconciliations are prepared and reviewed on regular basis.
Preparation and submission of periodic MIS to management explaining the reasons for variances with the budget/ forecast.
Liaison with external auditors for scheduling and successfully completing the Audit (Internal and External) function
Provide support in the automation and implementation of new IT systems
Desired experience and expertise:
At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant
Excellent academic track record and technical acumen
